Mr. Makhdoom Babar is Editor-in-Chief of a Pakistan Newsaper, Daily Mail, and it appears possessed of pro-communist Chinese sympathies. He informed (without a shred of independent evidence) Xinhua, China’s Ministry of Deception, that the recent unrest inside East Turkestan had been covertly organized, by what he described as foreign forces behind the scenes.
